ECHR will announce judgement in another case against Moldovan Government
The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) will examine on Tuesday, April 3, the case “Slobozia-Hanesei Agricultural Cooperative vs. Moldova”.
According to ECHR, the plaintiff claims violation of Article 6 § 1 (right to a fair hearing) and Article 1 of the Protocol 1 (property protection) of the Convention.
Chisinau Government has been condemned at ECHR in over 50 cases so far, and was obliged to pay over EUR 700,000. // Info-Prim Neo
