Former World Wrestling Entertainment star Bobby Lashley won his third Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) match in 24 seconds Friday night in Alberta, Canada. An insulted, infuriated Bobby Lashley grabs a hold of his antagonizer, Mike Cook, and won't let go. Lashley (3-0) forced Mike Cook (7-4) to submit with a front choke in the Maximum Fighting Championship (MFC) heavyweight bout (see video).

Fox Sports reports that in another featured match, Trevor Prangley defeated Emanuel Newton to win the light heavyweight championship in a five-round unanimous decision. Prangley (20-5) came on strong in the late rounds to beat picked Newton (11-4-1). By the fifth round, Newton's eyes were partially closed. The judges scored the bout 48-46, 49-46 and 49-46.
