Sports Journalist Union of Moldova drew the line
Chair of Sports Journalist Union of Moldova (SJUM), Vladimir Colesnicenco, announced for the press on Monday the results of the creativity contest conducted among the sports journalists in 2006.
A number of 23 journalists submitted their materials to the jury chaired by SJUM Secretary General Tudor Scripcenco. Ten of them became laureates of the contest.
BASA-press reporter Ion Robu and Vremea journalist Voris Harcenco shared the first and second places. Although initially the trophy - a laptop - was intended for just one winner, the SJUM chairman has found a way to award a laptop to each of the two winners.
Iurie Opinca, head of sport section, Moldova 1 public company, and Neli Ioncu, in charge for the sport rubric at NIT TV station, shared the third and the fourth places. The next places, five and six, were awarded to Moldpres Agency reporter Ion Sandu, and Sport-curier newspaper journalist Anatol Patov.
Some other four participants were also awarded valuable presents: National Radio sports reporter Liubomir Madan; Timpul newspaper sport journalist Andrei Loghin; Antena C reporters Tatiana Lupascu and Lidia Benedicovscaia.
