Melvin Mora, Aubrey Huff and Kevin Millar homered as part of a 16-hit attack Wednesday that lifted Baltimore past the Chicago White Sox 11-3.

Chicago's lead over Minnesota in the American League Central was reduced to one game.

Brian Roberts and Huff drove in three runs each and the Orioles scored in every inning but the third. Roberts singled in two runs in the second to put Baltimore in front for good and doubled in another in the fourth.

Two of Huff's RBIs came on his eighth-inning homer, which preceded a solo shot by Millar.

Radhames Liz (5-3) benefited from the onslaught, giving up two runs on three hits in 5 1/3 innings.

John Danks (10-7) did not survive past the fourth. He was charged with four runs on seven hits. Lance Broadway was left in to absorb further punishment, giving up seven runs on nine hits while going the final four innings.
