MLB: Detroit 6, Minnesota 4Curtis Granderson and Magglio Ordonez hit two-run eighth-inning homers Saturday, rallying the Detroit Tigers to a 6-4 win over the Minnesota Twins. Granderson's blast, his 18th this season, tied the contest 4-4 with one out in the top of the inning, while Ordonez' 17th homer followed a base hit by Placido Polanco, also with one out. Miguel Cabrera added two RBI. Granderson had three hits and Ordonez two for the Tigers, who had lost seven of 10. The winning pitcher was reliever Clay Rapada (3-0). Fernando Rodney recorded his ninth save. Minnesota scored on Carlos Gomez's two-run sixth-inning double, one RBI from Jason Kubel and Justin Morneau's non-RBI first-inning double-play groundout. Alexi Casilla had three hits and Denard Span two for the Twins, losers of four of their last five games. The losing pitcher was Matt Guerrier (6-7).
